She raised her children with grit and tenderness, often alone, often against the odds, and
she carries both the ache and the beauty of that journey. She’s protective, perceptive, and
honest to the bone — not interested in perfection, only truth.

Her artwork has won prizes and recognition in art galleries and museums alike, uplifting the atmosphere of offices, clinics, hospitals. homes, and ships with top quality fine art. Newspapers, radio programs, magazines, and television broadcasts have also featured Ana’s life and work. She weaves the mystical with the everyday in a way only someone who has stood between
worlds can do.

She attributes whatever success she has had to the inspiration of her sons who believed in her, encouraged  and cheered her onward.
